Keep Portland Weird! UFO Response Team on Patrol!

I just had to share this picture taken by a friend around downtown Portland [Oregon] the other day. I laughed at first, for a millisecond thinking this was some odd legitimate detachment of our tax dollars flowing down the sewers as fast as the ever-present rain....then I thought...aww...its a private vehicle...STILL Hilarious.
